The Moluccas Room offers contemporary Indonesian cuisine with a French twist. The setting of the restaurant is very cosy and of great ambience. Next to the Marina Bay, the view is simply gorgeous, especially sunset during the dinner time. Meal is always started with the complimentary appetizer prepared by the lovely chef. Instead of white rice, we asked for yellow rice, which is cooked with tumeric etc. Nice fragrant.
