I was craving for bak kut teh for awhile already and finally got to eat it for dinner! We ordered pork ribs soup each, and a side serving of salted vegetables, dough fritters and plain rice! For drinks, we just ordered the homemade barley water as we were afraid tea would cause us to have insomnia later! I like that the flesh comes off easily and the soup is very flavourful! I prefer to eat the dough fritter by itself rather than dipping it into the soup as I don't like soggy fritters. I like
