This is one of the best seller and popular dish at swenson. Always heard from friends on how good and delicious this plate of noodles is and decided to give it a try. With no surprise, this noodles really taste very nice. The noodles are chewy and portion is very generous. Love those really fresh crayfish used in this dish which the crayfish meat is very juicy and sweet. The tomato paste used in cooking this dish also blend in really well with the noodles as well.
