Ho Kee Pau shouldn't foreign to Singaporeans. This fairly old establishment has 14 franchise outlets all over the island. I'm not a fan of their franchise outlets mainly because I don't find their paus or dim sums amazing. Every bowl of noodles comes with a small serving of dumpling soup. Honestly, I could easily eaten 20 of those dumplings. They are small (sits nicely on the spoon) but good. The skin of these little babies is so thin and delicate but definitely not soggy. Within the skin of each dumpling, there is a sweet and juicy ball of meat accompanied with a crystal prawn.
