My daughter bought this cream cheese bun for me to try as she said this bakery has the best cream cheese bun so far.The bun contains some raisins in it. The texture of the cheese filling is like cheese cake, the bun is very soft and a bit chewy.I have tried other cream cheese bun from several bakeries and I have to agree with my daughter that this is the best that I have ever tasted.
