Drink + dessertThere is a promotion of ordering the selected drink and selected dessert with lower prices so i decided to have it. The soya bean drink is not very nice, too sweet and not smooth enough. The barley drink is okay, but again, it's too sweet. The Gui Ling Gao is quite bitter, but with the honey syrup it is much better, and i love this cold jellish dessert, slurppps! There is a promotion of ordering the selected drink and selected dessert with lower prices so i decided to have it. The soya bean drink is not very nice, too sweet and not smooth enough. The prawn is first deshelled, battered, deep fried to golden perfection and then sauteed with mashed salted egg yolk mixture to become this fragrant, salty but tasty dish. The prawn is quite large one, easy to eat because it has no more shell, and crunchy which shows that it is fresh. Though the portion is quite small, it is quite enough for three persons.
the duck is served sizzling hot although we waited for quite some time. The meat is not hard, quite tender and full with flavours. The gravy is great to eat with rice, I am so appetizing to have this as one of the dish.
Here I am gonna mention about the service of the restaurant, the serving of food is very slow, we even gonna wait for some time after we finish the first dish to get the second dish served. Though it is dinner time, I hope that this can be improved.
