i was doing some Christmas shopping at vivo city, decided to hop on by to Crystal Jade Jiang Nan for dinner. I ordered their XO seafood fried rice and a cold milk tea. I was kind of amazed at the way the milk tea was served. The drink was placed in a unique container, the centre was hollow and they added dry ice. I was kind of amazed at the way the milk tea was served. The drink was placed in a unique container, the centre was hollow and they added dry ice. There was this smoky effect and the drink was chilled and just nice for consumption. The milk tea was very fragrant, they added the right amount of milk so it was not too creamy and you can still taste the tea fragrant. the fried rice is sooo good, so fragrant, it was not too salty and there was a lot of seafood mixed among the rice. I really enjoy the food.
