Of course, with prices as low as they are, we really shouldn't be expecting full blown goose liver and other premium ingredients, and overall we really do feel that Saveur is "decent" for the price.
Some hits were the awesome Salmon Confit (although French purists would scoff at calling anything other than duck and goose a "proper" confit), the starter Saveur Pasta and Foie Gras (duck liver instead of goose).
