For a sunday brunch, my family decided to visit the whampoa hawker centre to eat my fathers' favourite kway chap. We normall order extra noodles for just $1, it makes the dish so much better. The intestines are so soft and juicy. To those of you who think eating intestines are disgusting, try one and then re-comment!! It is sweet and yet salty! The sauce itself from the noodles adds to the flavour of the intestines. The egg has also been braised so it has a nice taste to it.
