The stingray here is a 'die die muz try' for anyone who comes to chomp chomp. It's known to be fresh, cheap and shiok! lolz... used to hang around here for BBQ seafood when i was a teenager. Now back here after several years, seems like they still maintain their standard.The fresh sweet stingray are perfectly grill where the texture is just nice, not overcooked. Being grilled on a banana leaf, it enhance the taste and smell of the dish, it doesn't have a fishy smell. My fav is to drizzle lime ju

My fav is to drizzle lime juice over the sambal chili and serve the stingray with lots of chinchalok. Delicious!

Another of my fav spicy dish is the sambal kangkong. Love the steams where they are mild sweet and crunchy, not overcooked where they lose all their vitamins.
