The Café Cartel (已結業)

this time i headed to the cafe cartel for some delicious dessert cum supper. their cakes are to die for, my favourite was their new york cheesecake. it is rich yet not too heavy. it is indeed cheesy but very smooth, in your mouth, it simply melts away.
