I went with a couple of friends to Maxwell food centre for dinner. There were a lot of different kinds of food but a friend recommended the hainanese chicken rice so I decided to give it a try. The chicken is really very smooth and tender. Though the skin makes it a little oily. the gravy that the chicken is placed in is really tasty but maybe a little salty.
