The Café Cartel (已結業)

i went to café cartel for dinner with some friends. I was complied to order their set meal cos it was so worth. The set meal included a soup, some bread and a drink all for only an additional $3.90. we went there slightly before the dinner crowd came so the food was served pretty fast. I must say their soup was really good, it was very creamy and thick. It was not too salty as well. add some pepper into it and it taste absolutely delicious. My main the st louise ribs was so good, love the sauce
