delicious yong tau foo

This yong tau foo stall has a lot of varieties. I was kind of spoilt for choice as to what to choose. i tried the dry version of the yong tau foo, I ordered a couple of the ingredients together with the bee hoon and yellow noodles. The lady took pretty long to prepare my food, there was not really a lot of people as well. one thing I have to commend them is that their sweet sauce is really good, I added a couple of spoon of it. It is rather thick, not too sweet, went well with the ingredients. M

I was kind of spoilt for choice as to what to choose. i tried the dry version of the yong tau foo, I ordered a couple of the ingredients together with the bee hoon and yellow noodles. The lady took pretty long to prepare my food, there was not really a lot of people as well. one thing I have to commend them is that their sweet sauce is really good, I added a couple of spoon of it. It is rather thick, not too sweet, went well with the ingredients. Most of my ingredients were deep fried till golden brown, it was very crispy as well.
