I ordered this, another signature dish by Ding Tai Fung. The dumplings was satisfying with a generous amount of filling. The prawn was obviously fresh.
It was traditionally contained minced pork and shrimp, wrapped in a delicate dough skin, which was then pleated, twisted at the top and steamed. Juicy meat which was easily melted in your mouth.
Packed with goodness, it was healthy. Steamed dumplings laden with the finest truffles, a must try snack.Overall, I like the cozy environment here although the price charged was a bit higher.
