Zhou's Kitchen serves chinese food like dim sum and other dishes. As I had only one more hour left for the buffet, I decided to go ala-carte instead. I ordered quite a few dishes like the siew mai, har gow, spring roll and egg tarts. Of the lot, their egg tarts impressed me the most since the crust is flaky and the egg tart itself is not too sweet.
