My family and I were shopping at Marina Square and decided to have some Chinese Food. We chanced upon this Bao Today which sells Dim Sum for the whole day.We ordered a few dim sum from the menu. The steaming hot baskets of Dim Sum order came quite fast even though the restaurant was almost full of customers during lunch hour. The prawn dumpling and scallop dumpling had fresh, crispy whole prawns, though the skin of dumpling was not so moist.
The green colour bun was Golden Sands Bun. I was not sure why they coloured it green. The bun was stiff and the filling was more of custard taste than salted egg yolk taste.
The xiao long bao had slightly thicker skin, but the filling was quite juicy and meaty.
Overall, their dim sum taste was above average and price was affordable.
