Baked BBQ pork with sesame pastry- This is a bit disappointing though. Pastry skin not crispy enough and a bit charcoal taste.
Pan fried carrot cake- tasty and fragrant too!
Deep fried beancurd skin rolled with shrimp- my all time favourite as i really love the crunchy, fresh prawns combine with very crispy beancurd skin!
Deep fried shrimp dumpling with salad- As per all other prawn dishes, the prawns used are very fresh and crunchy. Worth trying.
