With the arrival of Tim Ho Wan to Singapore, queues outside the michellin star restaurant were so long that customers had to wait for at least 2 hours and some even up to 4 hours. We went on a thursday night - the queue during mon to thurs is relatively shorter, and waited for around 15 mins (yay!) because there was only 2 of us so it was faster. We tried almost all of their dim sum selection and sadly, I personally feel that Tim Ho Wan was kind of over-rated. Their tastes weren't as good as I thought, maybe due to higher expectations since it is a michellin star restaurant. Out of all their dim sums, I feel that their specialty BBQ pork bun is the best and it was delicious! The rest is rather normal just like any other dim sum restaurants.
