If you step in Din tai fung and not try it's most famous dumpling then it's really a big mistake. It is the most juicy and tasty dumpling that I have ever tried. There's way fr you to eat the dumpling too. First you have to bite the tip of the dumpling, suck out the delicious juice from the dumpling then dip it in ginger soy sauce. For me, Dumpling is a Great Appetizer. I always have my prok fried rice next. In Din Tai Fung, they has the best grilled pork. It tastes fantastic eating with the well mixed fried rice. In every spoon there will be egg that was evenly distributed. Beside, they do serve hot jasmine tea and service charge will be included in your pay slip.
