I believe most people will agree with me that Din Tai Fung is the place where one can find delicious xiao long bao. But besides xiao long bao, there are many dishes which one should try too. Dumplings in red chili oil and vinegar - This looks oily and hot but it is not as as oily and hot as it seems, probably due to the vinegar, which I think makes the sauce kinda special and needless to say, tasty too!
Century eggs - This tastes like the one which I tried in HK, Yung Kee restaurant. Simply just melts in the mouth!
However, I feel that the service can be improved. Though it is a Chinese restaurant, there are quite a number of waitresses who can't speak Mandarin.
