At Din Tai Fung, I usually order their noodles with pork cutlet as I tend to prefer to have 'soupy' food to eat, but today I decided to give their friend rice with pork cutlet a try! It was very delicious; The fried rice was very tasty and well cooked, and the hint of egg was strong and the smell was wonderful. It was very delicious; The fried rice was very tasty and well cooked, and the hint of egg was strong and the smell was wonderful. The pork cutlet was glazed and fried to a nice colour and crisp - Each bite was tasty and complimented the fried rice well.Of course, Din Tai Fung is famous for their Xiao long Bao so of course I had to order some to eat! Din Tai Fung's xiao long bao is basically a dumpling with a bit soup within and a portion of juicy pork! You don't really need to eat it with any soy sauce or vinegar as the xiao long bao is laready extremely appetizing by itself! Simply a must-eat whenever you're at Din Tai Fung!
