A newly opened Korean restaurant along the well known Nasi Lemak stretch, taking over the space of a chinese restaurant. The place was known for its fried chicken and had Korean chef. After placing our order, we were served iced barley tea and banchan (side dishes). There were 6 dishes for banchan : Kimchi, Cubed Daikon Radish Kimchi, Chive Kimchi, Seasoned Bean Sprouts, Marinated Mushroom and Potato Salad. Our favourite turned out to be the creamy potato salad.Ddlegae Samgye Tang (S$29.90++)Peri

Perilla Seeds with Ginseng Chicken Soup
Unlike the usual clear soup, the version here was milky and rich. The soup was topped with sunflower seeds. It was so rich that the both of us could not finish the chicken. The chicken was stuffed with rice too. The soup was packed with dates and ginsengs in it.

Steamed Egg
The dish was fluffy and soft.

Rice Ball with Seaweed
Simple dish but tasty on its own. Beware of the Chinese bespectacled staff who cannot make it and very bossy. Customers calling for attention, uncleared tables around yet she was busy rearranging chairs and ordering another to do that too. Sorry to say that I preferred the services of the 2 Korean staffs. Best come early as the place was small and filled up quite fast during dinner. By the way there was a complimentary dessert of marinated cut watermelon for customers, a bowl for every 2 customers.
