Revisit Qiu Lian Ban Mian near my house again at night, the coffee shop was filled to the brim. Took my order at the stall, ladyboss can even recognize me. Menu stated was nearly the same at all other hawker stalls, either in soup or dried version. Overall, it was a pretty standard bowl Handmade Noodle with drizzle of dark soy sauce on top. Noodle was well-cooked, soft and fragrant, ingredients included minced pork, veggies, eggs and lots of anchovies. I was surprised to see such huge portion for dried Ban Mian, big bowl of soup was given along too. One of the positive aspect was that soup was not too mushy or salty and without MSG, definitely a healthier choice. Price at $3.50, it seems to be a safe and economy choice for me.
