My colleague bought this dou sha ping for me as she know I love to eat them .After tasting of one it, i find that the taste is not too strong and it is really flaky with a lot of layers. Firstly, it shows that a lot of fats are added into it to make it that flaky and the many layers meant that the method they used to make this is really , really professional and accurate . The fillings are mildly sweet and not too much which I think it is actually quite enough for a average person .
