I have bought back a pack of duck noodles from this famous duck rice stall. The noodles are very chewy and the portion of the noodles are quite generous as well. The duck meat was too thin in slice which I almost cannot taste much of the duck meat. I think the combination of the slight fish cake does not blend in well in the is dish.
