Dumpling noodles

My hubby and I ate at this hawker centre for our lunch on a weekend. He ordered the dumpling noodles from Joo Heng since they have quite a variety and it looks very appetising from the photos at the store. The noodles come with the dumplings and some blanched vegetables. We tried the dumplings first and found it to be delicious with fresh tasting meat and prawn fillings. The dumpling skin is also thin which makes eating the dumpling even more enjoyable. As for the noodles, it is rather springy and have more texture than the normal noodles outside. Definitely one stall which I will patronise again if I am in toa payoh.
