Durian Premier Cake

This is one of my favourite durian cake in town. Although I do not really like its appearance which looks very simple and unattractive, but the taste is well said to be simply sweet and delicious! Its is sort of quite creative as they have used mini cubes of butter sponge cake to be topped on the cake as their main decoration. However it does not bring in any extra x-factor or taste to it. This is one of my favourite durian cake in town. Although I do not really like its appearance which looks very simple and unattractive, but the taste is well said to be simply sweet and delicious! Its is sort of quite creative as they have used mini cubes of butter sponge cake to be topped on the cake as their main decoration. However it does not bring in any extra x-factor or taste to it. The different layers of durian paste spread in between the sponge cakes are very smooth and filled with the thickness of the real durian fruit meat. The durian meat is slightly bitter and yet with an added of slight sweetness to it. Durian cakes' sponge are crush into really fine pieces to be spread at the sides of the cake to add on that little cute design to it. The price maybe abit too high as is over fifty dollars for just a merely 600 grams of whole cake. Fortunately the taste is indeed yummy!
