Had an early dinner here with a friend. We were checking out the new eateries located at the new extension area of Plaza Singapura. We finally settled for Hifumi after finding the set meals are very affordable. All set meal orders comes with an All you can eat appetizer bar...value for money. There is an option to top up $1.99++ for free flow of beverages (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.), we took up the option.We were there at 5pm, there were no queue yet. We were quickly ushered in to our table.

After placing order for our set meals, we helped ourselves with the appetizer bar. There were pickles, potato salad, miso onions, tomato eggplants, soup and chawanmushi etc. quite a selection there.
My appetizer choices...I had rice crackers, pickles, boiled veggie, sweet potato salad, miso onion & chawanmushi. The sweet potato salad and miso onion deserves a special mention here...they were very delish!
Our set meals arrived pretty quickly...I ordered Salmon Itame (fried salmon slices with assorted veggies)..it was quite nice. The ingredients were fresh and nicely flavored with Jap vinegar sauce...yummy.
My friend's Salmon Oyako JyuShe said the ingredients were fresh but too much raw stuffs for her liking..
Service here was polite and friendly. Total bill came out to be $47 for two pax...cheap and good. We'll be back again at off peak hours!張貼
