Catering Service came in time for Festive Season, just before everyone shut themselves off from work and enjoy this festive of giving. Our Department lunch was handled impeccably by Eatz Catering Services with a good spread of cuisine which consisted of Japanese, Malay Western and Asian Cuisine. Starting off the meal with the pasta salad over the lettuce bed with cranberries, eggs, grated parmesan cheese and dressing.The cute bite size Kuehs was appetizing, one can enjoy the mini version of Png
Starting off the meal with the pasta salad over the lettuce bed with cranberries, eggs, grated parmesan cheese and dressing.
The cute bite size Kuehs was appetizing, one can enjoy the mini version of Png Kueh (Rice Cake), Soon Kueh and Har Kao without filling their stomach easily. The platter came with sweet dark sauce and chilli to pair with the kueh.
A good grab at the tail of these Golden Tempura Prawn with Tartar Sauce using the hands, yummy.
Dry Mee Siam was flavourful and tangy, a main stomach filling dish with all other finger food.
Japanese Octopus Balls on skewers were smaller in size than those we had from the stalls but it tasted similar added with fish flakes, mayonnaise and sweet tako ball sauce.
When we talked about Christmas meal, we would link them with turkey. The meat was quite tender and sweeter than expected. Deliciously roasted!
Assorted Christmas Cup Cakes (Chocolate & Vanilla) & Vanilla cream puffs with icing sugar were part of the Joyous Jingle Set offered by Eatz Catering.
The catering was packed with Festive Joys and enjoyable especially when we see colorful cup cakes and christmas log cake. The cake was too hard to cut it and required some force to push the knife into it initially. It was a little sweet for me.
Afterall, dealing with Eatz catering was a smooth process and it's good to know caterers had took extra efforts to make the session a enjoyable one.
