The economic bee hoon from this stall is really delicious. my parents would sometimes drive here for breakfast and da bao back for me. the way they cooked the bee hoon is simply amazing, don’t know how they managed to cook the bee hoon till so springy. It is so fragrant to be eaten on its own. But of course it is a must to top it off with their sambal chilli. The sambal chilli really is the main highlight of the dish, the sambal is sweetish and not too spicy. It is very tasty too and goes so wel

It is so fragrant to be eaten on its own. But of course it is a must to top it off with their sambal chilli. The sambal chilli really is the main highlight of the dish, the sambal is sweetish and not too spicy. It is very tasty too and goes so well with the bee hoon. They did add some vegetables to the bee hoon when they fry it, the vegetables are cooked perfectly, very crunchy as compared to the chewy bee hoon. The vegetables they used are so sweet adds another flavour to the bee hoon.
