Yellow mee was cut into smaller pieces and on average about 5cm in length, they are very soft and seems like being soak in water for quite sometimes but they are not soggy. The usual yellow mee does have the "ki" smell but there is none here.

Generous amount of oil was used in frying the noodles but doesn't make the noodle sticky unlike other places. In fact, the noodles were slippery and easy to swallow. The mackerel otah taste like any other otah that you can get except that the stall owner took the trouble to pan-fry it such that the otah was not mushy like the usual ones.
