Xin Wang offers eel porridge which may sound unusual to some people. Eel in japanese cuisine usually goes with rice but this combination of porridge with eel is especially good too! The consistency of the porridge is not too thick and together with the sweet eel sauce and an egg, it makes this eel porridge extremely good! The porridge comes in a hot pot so it would not get cold easily.
