I was not impressed by the look when I open the box of egg tarts that my hubby bought back. The colour look dull and the crust look dried. In fact, I just had my dinner and was quite full. But after considering that he bought this all the way from the west side of Singapore , I decided to take one bite. I was really caught by surprise that the taste was amazing. The egg custard was really soft and it melts in your mouth. The crust has a nice buttery taste which compliments the custard very well
