I find myself buying a lot from crystal jade these days. I got my son to buy the breads from crystal jade since he told me he was in Holland v and I know there is an outlet there. He bought the egg tarts as well as the polo bun with char siew. I ate one of the egg tarts I found it to be really crusty and nice. The exterior crust is a little flaky and it is very buttery. I found it slightly too butter resulting in it being oily, but otherwise, it is really good if you don’t mind the excessive but

The egg custard is smooth and not too sweet and the custard to crust ratio is just right as well.
