Saw an article written on a local magazine about this new restaurant at The Grandstand and decided to check it out because their interior looks interesting and the reviews were decent. The Ascot is a English bar that sells comfort food for the ang mohs.We ordered their signature dish Bangers and Squeak and Strawberry Spinach Salad. I love Salad and was impressed with the strawberry salad because its uncommon. It was very tasty and had pistachio in it. The Bangers and squeak had 3 different type

I love Salad and was impressed with the strawberry salad because its uncommon. It was very tasty and had pistachio in it.
The Bangers and squeak had 3 different type of sausages. It was very succulent. Worth a try if you visit this restaurant.
Another thing that was uncommon was deep fried mars. it was sinfully good. for mars lover, having it deep fried give it a different twist.
Overall, this place is worth a visit.
