Birthday Treat for my Mum at this relatively new restaurant Tong Le Private Dining. Lovely place, this revolving restaurant took approximately 2 hours to make one revolution. Basically at the end of your meal, you would have completed one revolution and a scenic tour around the Marina Bay Financial Centre. Food was generally exquisite. Wonderfully executed. Here are some photos from our lunch. I had the chinese set while my mum had the Japanese set. We shared most of our dishes though. Appetizer

Appetizer from the Japanese set Tasty bowl of abalone, scallops soup. Blood tuna Cod dish Tempura This is the lionhead meat ball on top of a slice of chinese yam known as huai shan. Lovely pieces of sushi. The chutoro and otoro simply melts in your mouth. While I love salmon, nothing beats chutoro and otoro. But of course it is very very expensive. The last dish before dessert. From the chinese menu - noodles made with fish paste.
