When kerbside gourmet (the food truck) had a collaboration with the chefs from Lolla, in celebration of a festival at the National Museum, I knew I had to go and give their signature dish - Sea urchin on squid ink pudding, a try!!The little cup (as high as only 8 cm) was really very puny and it costs a whopping $10. But in my opinion, size did not matter because I was mind-blown after just the first bite!!! The squid ink pudding was tasty and the sea urchin was sweet and extremely fresh!!! Hop o
