Besides the yummy ones from Alexandra Village and Boon Lay Food Centre, Fatty Weng marked another acceptable plate of Oysters that is claim one of the better ones from the West!
Look at the number of people waiting. Will good stuffs come to those who wait? Just for a simple Oyster dish, I waited for about half an hour before I can ever lend my bites on these.After the first mouthful, indeed they are the better ones in the market - crispy fried with portion burnt giving out the charred taste. It was fragrant and very flavourful.
Eggs and oysters went well with the rich chilli. Though a little on the spicy side, the wait and everything is worthwhile.
