During lunch time I went to Holland Village and saw a new fishball noodles stall in the hawker centre. There was a long queue, so I decided to have a try.

The helper staff was a little impatient, she rushed me for the order and gave me a look when I took a little more of fried lard.

I had ordered their Dry Fish ball Mee Pok at $3.50.

There was many lard oil in the mee pok. The mee pok was slippery smooth when slurping into mouth and tasted slight springy. There was also mild vinegar in the sauce that made the noodles quite appetizing.

The fishball, fish cake and fish wanton tasted quite average. Fishballs were bouncy and "crispy" and tasted not salty just right.
