It was lunch-time and since I was feeling abit hungry, I decided to go to the Kopitiam at the Main Building to settle my lunch. My doctor's appt was in the afternoon and I had alot of time to spare. One thing I like about eating at Kopitiam is that they have the card which you can store money in it, so when you use it at the many stalls there, there will be a 10% discount too. I ordered a Fishcake Kuey Teow Dry from the Fishball Noodles stall. Why fishcake? Haha, cos I didnt really like fishball

I ordered a Fishcake Kuey Teow Dry from the Fishball Noodles stall. Why fishcake? Haha, cos I didnt really like fishballs so requested the staff to replace all the fishballs to fishcakes. In the end, I was given quite alot of fishcakes.
The sauce was dark brown, unlike the usual kind i normally eat for the dry version, which is covered with ketchup sauce. There was alot of sauce too, like a 'soupy' version, except it was sauce and not soup. LOL.
The mince meat given were sprinkled on top of the noodles, and there wasnt alot. The mince meat also had a tinge of reddish colour on it, not sure whether was it not really cooked or wat, though i ate it and it tasted okay.
Overall, the sauce went well with the kuey teow, and it was nice to eat. Quite a large serving, and generous amount of fishcakes given. Fishcakes was ok, not very nice though it wasnt very bad either.
One thing to note, there were alot of birds flying around, even though it was sheltered. The hospital should probably do something about the bird situation as birds may carry germs around.
