I love egg tarts because of the taste of the egg custards - it is somewhat like eating pudding. Therefore, it is no surprise that I got 4 of these egg tarts from Crystal Jade. As the egg tarts are just replenished by the staff, it is still warm. Therefore, I ate one there and then. The crust is so flaky, it is a delight to munch into, and of course not forgetting sinking my teeth into the wobbly egg custard - absolutely divine!
