Fish Congee ($3)Again, I was impressed with the generosity of hawker food! It has fried onions, spring onions and pepper for seasoning, with soft fish slices in it. The uncle put in a lot of fish slices, making it very value-for-money. Other than the fish slices there was honestly, nothing much though. But - as you can see - there was a youtiao to go along. You might not believe it but it's true - today is the first time I really eat a youtiao. I have never liked fried food, but this... okay it doesn't change my opinion much but at least I can now say I've tried it before.
