I attended a prize ceremony. The host ordered buffet from Four Seasons catering. There were mee siams, deep fried Thai Shrimp cake, fish cake, mid joint chicken wing, samosa and spring roll. The diner can have the choice of assorted mini sushi. The dessert served are Eclair and cream puff. The food were not delighting to me. The worst was the spring rolls had turned soft.
