Its a corporate lunch buffet. Food tasted very fresh and quality.  Worth specific mention were their seafood gumbo rice - very generous serving of seafood and rice was very tasty. Prawn with rosmesco sauce is superb, very fresh and sauce has a unique garlic flavor, very nice. usually for such buffet, vegetable is a soso but i was surprised by the vegetable served - very generous serving with fresh mushroom and crispy ginger.  The caterer is famed for cooking without MSG yet food is so delicious.
