Proofer Boulangerie (已結業)

One of their many outlets is super near my office, so I popped by for a takeaway lunch. They have all sorts of sweet pastries, savoury buns, and even a pizzeria right beside. While I was trying to make up my mind, I could see the baker hard at work preparing fresh bread behind the counter. My favourite was definitely the purple yam bun (yay I grabbed the last one). It had a chewy mochi texture in the middle and still tasted delicious the next day when I had it for breakfast!
