I'm the kind who'd leave the chicken skin for the last and eat them all at one go so I was thrilled to find they Minori sells fried chicken skin. Without hesitation, I decided to give it a try and it was definitely a good decision. The fried chicken skin had a thin crispy outer layer and the skin itself was crispy! There's isn't much to the actual taste of chicken skin since it was just like any other chicken skin. I do recommend eating it with lemon though but don't squeeze too much lemon juice

I do recommend eating it with lemon though but don't squeeze too much lemon juice on it b/c it'll just overpower the chicken taste. It is a must-try!
