It's probably just a healthier version of KFC for those of you who want to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. Instead of the usual Chicken Wings set that everyone ordered, I opted to try out their Chicken Burger with Soy Garlic sauce instead. The chicken patty was rather juicy and the soy garlic sauce was also a quite nice.Unlike your usual KFC that is soaked in oil. This Fried Chicken is almost non-oily but that makes the crust a little bit on the dry side. The soy garlic sauce is the chicken's saving grace and helped to make it much more appetizing.
Apparently, this franchise is said to be from Korea but some sources also say that the "authentic" / original 'crispy chicken chain' from Korea is actually called BonChon Chicken located at Bugis+. Well, I'll definitely want to check it out to see which is better.
