Had craving for Thai fried Kway Teoh, since I'm in town today why not. The dish not very oily as compared to some other stalls I had tried. The ingredient very generously cooked together. I especially like the authentic cooking they uses Kai lan to cook, as almost Kway Teoh served in the Thai kingdom uses it. The dish's not too salty and just right. Understand that the lady boss cum cook are from Thailand itself.
