This is my regular stall for fried kway teow but i will order when it is fried by the Uncle as the standard by the Auntie can be quite inconsistent. The last time when i ordered it has got a strong burnt taste and very dry in texture. This time was very moist and fried nicely by the Uncle with nice wok hei.
